K. Katsidoniotakis & Co. Limited was founded in 1985 in Ierapetra Crete, by Mr Konstantinos Katsidoniotakis, graduate of Technical University – Architecture School, who is actively engaged in the field of construction management of private or public projects with specialized machinery, cars and technical staff, as well as in real estate, with a partner network in many areas in Greece.

Our company’s mission is to offer high quality services in the construction and sales field, of projects with high technical standards, governed by quality, endurance and modern design.

We provide our clients with complete suggestions, focusing on satisfying the client’s personal needs and requests, with prime preoccupation the ideal combination of aesthetics and functionality. We are qualified to achieve the above, thanks to our long experience in the field of construction and estate sales, the know how we possess and the carefully selected partners, the team of which consists of architects, civil engineers, construction surveyors and contractors among others, while it has been awarded by the Greek Ministry of Public Works a first class degree for public constructions (building, road and electromechanical constructions).
